Day Delegates

The day delegate package has been specially designed for your comfort and will truly be a unique experience for your meeting or conference. The Pharaohs' Palace combined with the guarantee of a timed entry ticket into the exhibition is the perfect all round day. We can accomodate 50-200 delegates in a range of different layouts, offering a bespoke menu for lnch and the opportunity to have a seamless meeting or presentation.

The Package Includes:

• Exclusive use of The Pharaohs' Palace hospitality suite from 9.00 - 17.00
• Private registration space
• Coffee, tea, soft drinks and pastries for each guest upon arrival
• One refreshment break
• Timed entry ticket to the Exhibition at approx 12pm
• Audio guide to Exhibition, narrated by Omar Sharif
• Two course seated buffet catering with complimentary beers, wines and soft drinks
• Attendance of experienced event management staff throughout your event
• Cloakroom facilities
• Flipchart and pens
• Delegate stationary
• Theatre style seating (other seating layouts available)

The day delegate rate applies from Monday to Thursday with Friday upon request.
